With the start of Grigorie Cristea's training the project to rejuvenate our climbing squad has begun. The ultimate goal is to form a team that is completely self-trained.
It will probably take some time to realize this and I am not entirely sure that it will finally get us beyond the Division 4 threshold that we seem to be never be able to pass.
The next step in this process is to train the climbing talent Marien Kuku that is currently waiting in the wings for us to counterfeit his ID so he looks 20 instead of 21. This proces will probably take another 26 days, after that he will finally be able to begin his training so he can potentially become our new, self-trained, captain.
Let's see what this new challenge brings us!

Thanks! Training riders and see them perform is te best part of the game in my opinion, let's hope they do actually perform :p
As a fully self trained team I obviusly keep fingers crossed for your project - good luck and have fun training your riders!
